Our client, a legal and corporate advisory practice, is looking for a Secretary to join their team.

With offices in St Julian’s, Malta:

Responsibilities include:

Handling day to day requests and tasks in a timely and concise manner.
Interacting with individuals at different levels including staff, managers and associates.
Establish and maintain efficient administrative systems and processes to support the effective running of the office.
Provide general clerical and administrative support to the company e.g. photocopying, filing, completion of standard forms, respond to routine correspondence, etc.
Preparation or reports as and when required.
Maintaining files in order
Performing other relevant duties when needed.

Excellent oral and written proficiency in English.
Accurate and thorough in work.
Responsible and reliable character with good Teamwork abilities.
Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
IT proficient with a solid working knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel.
