Job Summary
At AX Group, we are constantly looking to strengthen the organization by engaging the best talent. We’re seeking a Talent Acquisition Executive to join our recruitment team and actively contribute to achieving the above objective.

Responsibilities:
Source applicants through their own network and online channels, such as LinkedIn and other job boards.

Provide input to ensure that teams consist of diverse, qualified individuals and ensure that staffing needs are being met with a long-term strategy in mind.

Implement end-to-end hiring processes to ensure a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers.

Maintain records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders.

Compile lists of the most suitable candidates by assessing their CVs, portfolios, and references.

Manage respective candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities.

Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position.

Serve as brand ambassador at various events, like career fairs or on-campus recruiting events.

Continuously grow their network and focus on relationship-building with potential candidate communities.

Suggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities.

Research talent acquisition trends in the staffing industry.

Requirements:
A minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, or a similar role, in Malta

A good standard of education

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Excellent organisational skills and ability to work with tight deadlines.

Fluency in the Maltese and English languages

Experience in full-cycle recruiting.

Ability to work independently and in a flexible manner.

Proficiency with CV databases, and professional networks

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Outlook, Excel, and Word
