What is Avanzpro?

Avanzpro is an online job classifieds website providing a marketplace for its two types of users; employers requiring to recruit human resources and individuals who are looking for a job.


How do I start using Avanzpro?

Whether you are an employer or whether you are a job seeker, the first step to use Avanzpro is to sign up and create your profile. You may get started from here.


Is it free to use Avanzpro?

Avanzpro is completely free for job seekers. Employers or Recruitment Agencies who register with Avanzpro are requested to buy credits to make use of the site’s services. Bespoke packages may also be offered and in this case enquiries are to be sent to info@avanzpro.mt


The pricing grid within the employers’ section makes reference to credits – what are they?

Avanzpro provides its services based upon an innovative credit system. Credits are the units of payment that are used by employers for any services offered through the website. The standard price of 1 credit is 1 Euro and credits are available for purchase in packs of 10. Credits don’t expire and employers will see their balance of credits immediately once they log into their profile.


Are all jobs posted directly from the employers?

Recruitment agencies are allowed to post vacancies on behalf of their own clients. Should the company which posted the vacancy be a recruitment agency, this will be indicated on the job post.


Does Avanzpro get involved in the recruitment process following an application by a job seeker?

Not at all. Avanzpro does not get involved in any way in the recruitment process and any communication following a job application will be between the employer (or recruitment agency as the case may be) and the candidate.


The company I work for has its own careers page on its website through which candidates must apply for its vacancies – as an employer can we still use Avanzpro?

Yes, all employers can post vacancies on Avanzpro irrespective of whether they have their own dedicated careers section on their corporate website (or an entirely dedicated careers website) or not.  This is done at job posting stage, where employers are given the option as to whether candidates need apply directly through the employer’s own website. In these instances, job seekers on Avanzpro who proceed to apply for these vacancies will be re-directed to the employer’s website and will have to follow the instructions of the employer thereon. Therefore, in these instances Avanzpro will not register any applications for these vacancies and consequently employers will not have access to any potential candidates’ resumes once logged-in to their portal on Avanzpro.


Signing-up to Avanzpro requires me to insert certain information – how are you then handling it?

When you (both whether you are an employer or whether you are a candidate) register with Avanzpro, we take very seriously the fact that we have requested and hold information about you. We inform you that we operate under full conformity with the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament). You should also refer to our Privacy Policy which explains why we have asked for certain information about you, what we do with that information and for how long we retain it.

Companies seeking to invest in human resources may swiftly complete the one-time registration of their corporate profile and proceed to list their vacancies on Avanzpro. According to their preferences, candidates will be promptly notified about the vacancy and once logged-in to Avanzpro, may instantly apply for the position.

Innovation

Both in design and function, our product is innovative. Avanzpro operates a credit-system which allows employers to benefit from preferential rates by buying batches of units (credits). The credits may be utilised at any time to list vacancies as well as to make use of other services which will be offered from time to time on the platform. Many other novel features have been incorporated into the product’s workflows & user experience.
